Thank you for letting us share a glimpse of our lives with you. We are Samantha (Sam) and Jamie, and our story began in college when we were nineteen-years-old. Jamie made a “bunny-nose twitch” face at Sam and made her burst out laughing during a quiet part of a student leader meeting, and that forever sealed our fate. Our connection was instant, but our relationship would not flourish until we were adults with established careers. It was life’s “invisible string” pulling us back together, and it felt like coming home.

Once we reconnected, everything fell into place. We dated long distance, and then Jamie got down on one knee to propose in an autumn forest and crisp air. Soon after, we got our adorable puppy, Piper (more about her later). We were married the next year in front of our family and friends, with Sam in her purple Chucks under her wedding gown.

We moved to the Grand Rapids area, loving the lakeshore and all the fun things to do. Most importantly, it puts us closer to our “nearest and dearest,” who are so important to us. We're passionate about living life to the fullest, and being around our people. We’re so excited to pour the love that we have found into a tiny human.
